"We ran a campaign for the past months, telling everybody in Davao City na ito yung gusto naming mangyari. Ito yung mga plano natin, ito yung mga kailangan nating gawin. Ito yung based sa mga consultation natin, pag-iikot natin sa ground. Ito yung hinihingi ng tao. Kumbaga, vinoice out lang din natin kung ano ang gusto ng tao maramdaman at serbisyong makuha mula sa local government," he said in a chance interview.
