MANILA — Century Properties said its net income after tax climbed 31 percent to P2.44 billion in 2024, from P1.86 billion in 2023.

The property giant said revenues also grew 15 percent to P14.64 billion because of a booming first-home market and the strong performance if its premium residential business segment.

The company said revenues from the first-home jumped to P9.9 billion from P7.4 billion the year before. The company’s higher-end offerings also contributed P3 billion in revenue.

"Our focus on delivering affordable, quality homes continues to meet the strong demand across various market segments," said century Properties President Marco Antonio.

The property also noted that government's flagship insfrastructure projects will help boost demand for homes across the country.

"We are committed to capitalizing on these emerging opportunities and fulfilling the aspirations of homeowners with our Century-branded developments,” Antonio said.

Century Properties is also building four new residential condominiums and a waterpark in Pampanga.
