In a statement, the real estate giant said the townships will be in key growth areas in Luzon and the Visayas, and cover more than 300 hectares of land.

Megaworld announced that it was developing the Lialto Beach and Golf Estates in Batangas and The Upper Central in Cagayan de Oro in 2024, as well as the San Benito Private Estate in Lipa, Batangas and the Ilocandia Coastown in Laoag City, Ilocos Norte.
