“Simula ngayon hanggang future.” This was the caption Ronnie Alonte wrote on an Instagram post of him giving Loisa Andalio the sweetest kiss on the cheek.

It can be recalled that in 2018, there were speculations claiming that LoiNie was on the verge of calling it quits, which was fueled by their cryptic posts on social media. After several weeks of being caught in the controversy, Ronnie addressed the issue during an interview, but it was not quite what fans hoped to hear. He admitted that they were having a rough time, but backtracked to appease worried supporters that it’s only normal for any couple to face some challenges.

However, it took long until LoiNie cleared up whatever misunderstanding they had and quickly showed to the world how strong their love is!

In August 2018, Loisa was in cheerleader mode for Ronnie who was playing for Team Red during the Star Magic All-Star Games. Although his team lost last year, the Hashtag member still felt like a winner because his special someone watched him on the sidelines. “Talo na… Nanalo pa! #mycheerleader” he boasted on a photo of Loisa sitting courtside and sporting a red shirt.

Two months after, Hashtag Tom Doromal shared during their guesting in Magandang Buhay how much Ronnie loves Loisa. He described how he can’t even disturb Ronnie when he’s talking with Loisa.

On that same interview, Ronnie supported Tom’s revelation by saying how much Loisa has changed him into a much better person than he was before.

Indeed, true love will always withstand any storm. And being able to surpass the tough times definitely makes every progress sweeter!

And last November 2019, LoiNie celebrated their third anniversary together in one of the most beautiful white sand beaches in the Philippines – the private island of Amanpulo in Palawan. As seen in both of their Instagram accounts, Loisa and Ronnie apparently enjoyed getting sun-kissed skins as they bathed in the clear blue waters.
