In his recently uploaded vlog, I Can See Your Voice host Luis Manzano shared some updates on his new home with wife Jessy Mendiola and daughter Isabella Rose, nicknamed Peanut.

“Ito yung update na medyo nakatayo and madali ivisualize,” Luis shared as he welcomed everyone to his house undergoing construction.

The Kapamilya television host shared a rendered look of their new home, which was expected to have a white and brown theme.

Luis first walked around the main entrance, parking area, and receiving room of their house with the head engineer.

He then revealed the spaces they allotted for the living area, an indoor garden and gym, where he even joked about adding a welding and construction station inside.

Luis also excitedly dreamed of the events he would be hosting in their TV room, kitchen and dining area in the future.

Besides the dining room, Luis also showed the under-construction six-foot-deep pool that will also have a sun bed.

The Kapamilya star also shared that they will have high ceilings for the whole house, and they will be using solar energy through solar panels to make their home eco-friendly.

On the second floor of their house, Luis also showed the spacious master bedroom.

Para kumbaga yung swerte namin facing South,” he shared.

He also revealed a sweet request from his wife for their love nest.

They will also have a balcony area, lounge, guest bedroom, and an office or movie room planned for the second floor.

Luis also walked through their daughter’s bedroom, where she would be filling it with lots of memories as she grows older.

Kaya yan!” he stated.

He also shared that he would be giving a specific wall for their daughter to enjoy drawing stuff on to express her feelings or creativity.

“Lalagyan ko ito ng mga paintings and handa na ako na magkaka(roon) yan ng mga doodle ni Peanut,” he said.

Luis added. Yung growing up, kung ano man maisip niya doon niya ilalagay (or draw).”

Luis and his family’s dream house is expected to be completed in about a year and a half.

“Actually, ito ah, kapag magpapatayo kayo ng bahay or kahit condo or moving in sa isang place, marami kayong magugulat na mga ibang expenses… so just be ready sa mga ganoon. Best advice sa mga soon-to-be homeowners, lalo kapag malapit na, may mga pasulpot-sulpot,” he remarked.

He also shared how fulfilling it is to build a place out of hard work and love.

“It’s about building a home. I-appreciate niyo,” he expressed.
