League of Legends star Lee "Faker" Sang-hyeok has officially been immortalized in the esports title's Hall of Legends.

The four-time World champion's hall of fame status was formalized at a ceremony held in Seoul, South Korea Thursday, according to a Korea Herald report. 

The T1 star was joined by Choi "Zeus" Woo-je, Mun "Oner" Hyeon-jun, Ryu "Keria" Min-seok, and Lee "Gumayusi" Min-hyeong on stage as he received the recognition.

Faker, known as the "Unkillable Demon King," has earned 10 LCK titles, two mid-season invitational titles and four World Championship titles, the latest earned in front of a home crowd in Seoul.

“With his mastery of League of Legends, Faker inspired millions of esports fans across the globe and brought numerous contributions to the sport. We sincerely congratulate Faker for this stunning achievement and hope for great performances in the future,” Oh Sean, head of Asia-Pacific Riot Games Esports, during the ceremony, as quoted in the report.

Aside from the ceremony, Faker was honored in-game through an event which offers incentives and rewards themed after the T1 midlaner.

Riot Games has confirmed that the Hall of Legends will be conducted annually, with Faker as the inaugural inductee.
