Recently, former 2NE1 member Sandara Park and South Korean star Jung Il Woo traveled to Bohol together. It was the latter’s first time in the Philippines, so Sandara toured him across the island.

Sandara, or mononymously known as Dara, has been bringing home her Korean friends to the country for her travel series on YouTube titled “Dara Tour.”

On Instagram, Sandara has been sharing several snaps of their trip, enjoying each other’s company. One of her photos with the Korean actor even has a caption that translates to the following: “Is it possible to travel alone with a male friend?!”

A separate post, meanwhile, showcased Sandara and Il Woo’s dance moves as they danced to the tune of an upbeat version of Ogie Alcasid’s song “Bakit Ngayon Ka Lang.”

Il Woo, on the other hand, seems to be having a great time in the Philippines. In fact, on his social media, he said: “It’s my first time in [the] Philippines, I‘m so excited.” He also captured a swarm of fireflies in the dark, which he was watching under the blanket of stars.

Some of Il Woo’s pictures featured selfies from the plane that he was boarding, a boat ride with Sandara, and a gym workout against a scenic backdrop at Henann Premier Coast Resort.

In 2009, K-pop idol Sandara Park and The Moon Embracing The Sun and Bossam: Steal the Fate star Jung Il Woo were casted on the Korean period drama The Return of Iljimae. Sandara also guested on Il Woo’s YT channel in 2021, where he cooked Filipino dishes for the singer.
