ENHYPEN is back in the Philippines!
In an exclusive press conference held before their BENCH Fun Meet titled “A SweetExperience,” Jungwon, Heeseung, Jay, Jake, Sunghoon, Sunoo and Ni-ki share how they feelabout being back in the Philippines, what to expect from their fan meeting, what they love abouttheir Filipino ENGENEs (ENHYPEN’s fanbase), and more!
'It's been 4 months since we last visited the Philippines for our 'FATE' tour in New Clark City.And the last time we visited Manila was during the 'MANIFESTO' concert, which was around one year ago,' Jungwon says.
What keeps them coming back to the Philippines?

“I feel like whenever we come here, their energy is just incredible, Whenever we perform in frontof them, they always give out the best energy and I think we have so many good memories herein the Philippines so I feel like that’s why we’re always coming back,” Jake shared.
That’s not the only thing they love about the Philippines! Heeseung said that he lovesPhilippine dried mangos and grew up eating them. “He ate it last night,” Jungwon even teased him.
ENHYPEN is buzzing with excitement as they prepare for their upcoming fan meeting,happening May 28 at the Mall of Asia Arena. This is an event they eagerly anticipate as it offersa unique opportunity for person-to-person interaction and communication with their fans.
In preparation for this, Sunoo shared some Filipino words he learned beforehand including“Kamusta,” “Mahal Kita,” “Salamat po,” and last but not the least, “Sunoo Pogi.”

As the group has been releasing hit after hit, including songs like “Bite Me,” “Sweet Venom,” and“Polaroid Love,” they achieved the title of “K-Pop powerhouse.”
'I can't express it in words,' said Heeseung on ENHYPEN being dubbed as one of the 'K-Poppowerhouses.' 'We can't believe that this kind of title is what is given to our group. We wouldlike to express our gratitude as well for all the love and support.'
'Even though we sing in Korean, we perform in Korean, people can relate to our music, relate toour performances, and we realized in [that] music, everyone can really come together. Here inthe Philippines, we see a lot of our fans sing along with our song and every time we hear that,we feel like we’re very blessed and very happy,' Jake added.
What’s next for this powerhouse group? ENHYPEN is slated for a summer comeback this Julyand we can’t wait!
When asked what can we expect from the group next, Jake shared, “I think as a group, asENHYPEN, we always strive to become a better version of ourselves and we try to explore newmusic, different types of performances, different types of shows that we could do, and like I feelthat our upcoming album really shows that. You will get to see a lot of new stuff. I can’t say toomuch right now, but it’s gonna be something you guys haven’t seen before and it’s gonna havea lot of new aspects that most of our fans have not seen so I just want to say please lookforward to our upcoming album.”
