Leila and Curtismith have been a couple since 2019. In a previous interview with PUSH, Leila shared that she met him through industry friends and that he's the first Pinoy she's ever dated.

During the pandemic, the couple decided to live together, a decision that initially didn't sit well with Leila's father, OPM icon Ogie Alcasid. “For sure it wasn’t okay with Tito Ogie [Alcasid] when it happened, because it was so sudden during the pandemic. But that was how things turned out. Good thing Tito Ogie was open-minded enough to sit down and talk to me to hear the reason we decided to do so,” Curtismith told ABS-CBN News.

Fast forward to today, as Leila and Curtismith take their relationship to yet another level, Ogie is among those who wish them nothing but the best in their engagement. Ogie commented on their social media announcement, writing, 'The Lord bless you both. I am truly beyond happy for you two. Love you❤️❤️❤️ congratulations.'
