Since jumpstarting his music career back in 2014 and dropping his album Freudian six years ago, the singer has been a formidable fixture in the contemporary R&B scene. Songs like "Best Part" featuring H.E.R., "Get You", and "Japanese Denim" have been a staple in thousands of playlists for long drives, hard nights, and heartaches.

Everything he has sonically crafted has a natural flair to them—no surprise his art has always amassed widespread rave reviews. This definitely still holds accurate with the newest entry to his impressive discography, NEVER ENOUGH. His third full-length record puts a stop to the four-year hiatus with Daniel significantly taking charge in the production of almost the entire album which he professes to be his most personal release to date.

Once the release date came, it nearly felt like the entire world paused to play it. "Always" was an early favorite that turned into a bonafide Tiktok hit. "Let Me Go" has also turned into an instant fave as well.
