It’s going to be a red hot Tuesday in parts of the country, with heat index temperatures reaching as high as 45 degrees Celsius, according to weather bureau PAGASA.

PAGASA said a total of 32 areas are facing danger heat index levels of 42 degrees Celsius and above, which carries a risk for heat cramps, heat exhaustion, and heat stroke.

ISU Echague in Isabela is topping the list, with projected heat index level of 45 degrees, followed by 3 areas facing 44-degree heat index levels: Tuguegarao City, Cagayan; Sangley Point, Cavite City in Cavite; and Daet, Camarines Norte.
