MANILA — First Lady Liza Araneta-Marcos and her sons Simon, Vincent, and Ilocos Norte Rep. Sandro Marcos cast their votes at the Calayab Elementary School in Laoag City, Monday morning.

The members of the first family, without their patriarch President Ferdinand Marcos Jr, arrived at the polling precinct a few minutes before 9 a.m. After checking their names in the voter’s list, the four of them lined up with fellow voters for their turn before finally being allowed to vote before 10 a.m.

Rep. Marcos is running unopposed in his bid for reelection as Ilocos Norte First District Representative.

“Salamat sa suporta. Whoever you’re supporting, make sure to get out and vote,” the young lawmaker said.
