Jesus.</p><p>&quot;Pag-asa kay Hesus at pagsunod kay Hesus, ito ang mga tanda ng tunay na deboto. Ipangako natin ito kay Hesus. Siya lamang ang maaasahan natin. Siya lamang ang lagi nating sundin,&quot; Cardinal Advincula said in his homily during the Misa Mayor.</p><p>Over 70,000 devotees attended the Misa Mayor, which ended at 1:45 a.m. with attendees raising their handkerchiefs and shouting &quot;Viva!&quot; The conclusion of the mass was marked with a fireworks display.</p><p>With the theme “Mas MABUTI ang PAGSUNOD kaysa PAGHAHANDOG (1 Sam. 15:22) sa mga UMAASA kay Jesus”, the Traslacion will follow the traditional route in Manila spanning 5.8 kilometers.</p><div><a href="https://www.abs-cbn.com/news/nation/2025/1/3/traslacion-2025-to-follow-traditional-route-1332">Traslacion 2025 to follow &#x27;traditional route&#x27;</a></div><p>The procession will pass through streets, three plazas and parks, 18 national and city roads, and cross six bridges, and one underpass before reaching the Minor Basilica and National Shrine of the Jesus Nazareno, commonly known as Quiapo Church.</p><p>All roads along the Traslacion route, as well as those adjacent to it, will be closed to all vehicles except official ones. They will reopen only after the andas passes through and the area is cleared.</p><p>Climbing onto the carriage carrying the Jesus Nazareno is prohibited.
