ABS-CBN has been named the Gold winner in the Media and Entertainment category of FinanceAsia's Best Companies Poll 2025.

Now on its 25th year, FinanceAsia's annual poll is a widely respected benchmark that recognizes top-performing companies across Asia. The rankings are based on nominations from influential investors and financial analysts, reflecting market confidence in the winning companies.

According to its website, FinanceAsia's Best Companies Poll 2025 evaluates the corporate behavior and performance of Asian companies over the past 12 months. 

The award comes at a time when ABS-CBN continues to evolve as a global storytelling company.  From the success of "Hello, Love, Again" as the highest-grossing Filipino film to the rise of BINI as a global pop sensation, ABS-CBN continues to captivate audiences. Its primetime series "FPJ's Ang Batang Quiapo" is the most-watched program in the country, while its noontime variety show "It's Showtime" continues to be the most-watched program in its time slot.

In the same category, GMA Network won a Silver, while the Manila Broadcasting Company won a Bronze.

In 2015, FinanceAsia named ABS-CBN as the third-best mid-cap company in the Philippines. It was the only Filipino media company on its list of Best Companies for that year.

Overall market winners for Best Managed Company in the Philippines are Ayala Corporation - Gold, Bank of the Philippine Islands - Silver, Megawide Construction Corporation and Citicore Renewable Energy Corporation - Bronze.
