MANILA - President Rodrigo Duterte will distribute land titles to 13,000 agrarian reform beneficiaries in General Santos City on Thursday, Malacañang said Tuesday.

Certificates of land ownership award covering 24,000 hectares of privately-acquired lands will be distributed by President Duterte, his spokesman Salvador Panelo said.
