On social media, Janica shared the happy news that they're now Mr. and Mrs. Sia, writing, "Just us, our families. No one knew. Until today. We chose to keep this moment quiet, no big announcements, no crowd. We didn’t get here overnight. We grew through hard conversations, took every fight, and every 'let’s try again.' Not everyone saw the journey. But those who did, know this love was pure and real. Love was never just the easy parts, it was how we stayed when things got hard, and how we kept choosing each other every time. Because when God writes your love story, it won’t be easy but it will always be worth it."

What did Janica want for her wedding gown?
"When she visited our atelier, she was very particular about having an ornate bridal gown. Something intricately lace-patched and almost sacred-like in its elegance and grace."

How did you translate her vision?
"We sourced rich, 3D floral lace with intricate baroque motifs and hand-appliquéd them onto layers of silk organdy. I ensured her vision was still there from the silhouette up to her veil details while still adding my touch as a designer. Every detail, from the added beading to the silhouette, was tailored to reflect her preference for a gown that felt timeless and regal."

What are the details of this wedding gown?
"I used silk organdy as the base of the gown for a soft and ethereal look. This lightweight fabric also works best for dresses that have to hold a voluminous silhouette like Janica’s. The hand-sewn 3D floral lace patches had a floral and baroque style to them, which added dimension and a modest touch to her vision. The hand-beaded pearls and crystal beads gave a dynamic visual as she walked down the aisle."

What tip can you share with brides when envisioning their wedding gowns?
"It may sound cliché, but choose a dress that reflects your personality and that you’ll be comfortable wearing all day. Don’t worry about the finer details. As a designer, I’ll guide you and recommend the nitty-gritty touches that will make your vision even more special."
