This marks the third time she graced the prestigious film festival, which she attended wearing a gorgeous mellow yellow creation by Filipino designer Mark Bumgarner. The masterpiece, Kylie told Metro, was inspired by "summer mornings in the Philippines," giving more meaning to her Filipino representation on the global stage, specifically on the iconic red carpet staircase of Les marches du Palais that leads up to the famous Auditorium Louis Lumière.
