MANILA – Here are some events that you should not miss over the weekend.


Galaxy AI Festival

EXO's Xiumin and Filipino acts BINI, Maki, Juan Karlos and HORI7ON will perform at Samsung Philippine's Galaxy AI Festival happening in Taguig on July 13.


The festival aims to celebrate the launch of Samsung's new products.


Spectrum Fair Manila's Pet Fair

For pet owners and lovers, Spectrum Fair Manila's Pet Fair at Salcedo Village, Makati is open from July 13  to 15.

The entrance to the event is free and it would introduce what Manila's top brands can offer to animals in terms of food, fashion, and lifestyle.


YGG Roadtrip Manila Cosplay Contest 

Yield Guild Games (YGG) Philippines is on its annual "roadtrip" to bring web3 closer to the Filipino masses, and its final stop will be in Manila through a cosplay contest in Ayala Malls Trinoma on July 14.

The cosplay competition has a 100,000 price pool and other awesome prizes. In addition, OPM band Lola Amour and more guests will grace the event.

LRT-1 Heritage Transit Tour

As part of its effort to promote Manila's history and heritage, Renacimiento Manila is having an LRT-1 transit tour on July 14 and 27, 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

The ride will explore some of the heritage and cultural sites along its route, while also explaining the history of Manila and its first light rail transit system. 


Brian Alegre's "Pasasalamat" Art Exhibit

Brian Alegre, a versatile visual artist who faced hefty challenges such as a heart attack and COVID-19 infection during the pandemic, is holding his first exhibit entitled "Pasasalamat" until July 20 at the Gateway Gallery Studio.

"Sa Kumpas ng Kulay at Musika" 

"1on1" 

This is his way of showing gratitude for being given a second chance at life and the gift of art, which gave him all the blessings in the past 23 years of his creative career. "Sa Kumpas ng Kulay at Musika", inspired by his friend National Artis Ryan Cabyabyab, and "1on1" are among the artworks displayed at the exhibit.
