'Sunset Boulevard,' Nicole Scherzinger win big at Olivier Awards 2024

Nicole Scherzinger in "Sunset Boulevard." Sunset Boulevard Musical/Instagram 

Jamie Lloyd's bold reimagining of "Sunset Boulevard" stole the show in this year's Olivier Awards, considered the United Kingdom's equivalent of Broadway's Tony Awards.

It won a total of 7 trophies including Best Musical Revival and Best Actress in a Musical for former Pussycat Dolls lead singer Nicole Scherzinger.

Other awards received by "Sunset Boulevard" include Best Director (Lloyd), Best Actor in a Musical (Tom Francis), Best Sound Design (Adam Fisher), Best Lighting Design (Jack Knowles), and Outstanding Musical Contribution (Alan Williams).

"Sunset Boulevard" is set to premiere on Broadway later this year.
