The fast-casual restaurant was founded in 2012 by Chef Gabriele Dal Moro, and specialized in authentic pasta dishes cooked in front of you, and served in handy to-go containers. First, you select your pasta, then your sauce, and finally extra toppings like chicken, bacon, mozzarella, green olives or mushrooms.
