The single composed and produced by certified hitmakers Trisha Denise and Roque “Rox” Santos, respectively, is about celebrating one’s uniqueness and authenticity.

BACKGROUNDER. Massively popular content cretor and social media influencer Chloe Anjeleigh San Jose aka Chloe SJ will be releasing not just one but two new songs under ABS-CBN’s StarPop label this March.

The Filipina-Australian multimedia personality and aspiring singer just dropped her debut English single entitled “FR FR,” named after the slang internet acronym that stands for ‘"or real, for real."

The single composed and produced by certified hitmakers Trisha Denise and Roque “Rox” Santos, respectively, is about celebrating one’s uniqueness and authenticity.

She is slated to release her follow-up single - this time a Filipino song - entitled “Nonchalant” this March 21 (Friday) and according to StarPop's press release is an encouragement to become unbothered by the world’s toxicity.

Chloe has already made strides in music through her engaging covers on social media, particularly on YouTube where she has almost 500,000 subscribers and TikTok where she has over 1.3 million followers.

She debuted in 2021 with the single “Aking Pagmamahal,” which now has over 1.7 million streams on Spotify and 30 million views on YouTube.

REVIEW. Her weird, but ultimately pleasing 2018 cover of the cult favorite from Ladzkie of the Asiano Family gives kanto pop-busker vibes (think a Taytay-influenced singer taking a stab at a Republikan song). "FR FR" may be a big risk considering the kind of impressive traction Ms. Carlos Yulo's 2018 debut did, but it's great that she's bringing herself to 2025. Her haters might find the lyrics in this song too on the nose, but for fans and more open-minded listeners BINI Chloe's official debut track with ABS-CBN Music and StarPop PH puts straightforward fierce, feisty and woman-empowering lyricism to the forefront. The production, beats and musical arrangements go dark, hard and combines an urban flavor to the pagent-baiting drag race-inspired diva pop that's all the rage nowadays. RATING: 3.5 out of 5.
