It's a message that the seven-piece act hope to convey through their newest extended play "Hot Mess."

Released on Monday, "Hot Mess" aims to show how EVNNE "savor and enjoy all situations and experiences, including the messy ones," according to a press release.

The six-track package is led by the song of the same title, a pop-rock anthem that embraces the urge to live in the moment rather than dwell on turbulent emotions.

"If you’re curious about how much fun we can have in the middle of a messy situation through this album, I suggest listening to our new tracks," said Keita, who leads the group.

Members Yoo Seungeon and Park Jihoo contributed lyrics to the track "Hot Mess." Additionally, Seungeon penned the lyrics for the rock-infused track "Youth," while Ji Yunseo wrote the lyrics for "Love Like That."

The EP also features a Korean version of the group's Japanese single "Keshiki," which was composed by Keita.

"We put in great care and heart for this album," Seungeon said. "Please give it a lot of love and support."

Managed by Jellyfish Entertainment, the agency behind K-pop group VIXX and singer-actress Kim Sejeong, EVNNE — also consisting of Park Hanbin, Lee Jeonghyeon and Mun Junghyun — debuted in September 2023 with the extended play "Target: Me." The group consists of members who previously participated in the survival show "Boys Planet."

The group's 2024 single, "Badder Love," secured a spot on Billboard's list of the year's best K-pop songs, ranking at No. 21.
