Actress and entrepreneur Kiray Celis took to social media to share the heartwarming story of how Stephan Estopia proposed to her in front of their loved ones.

In a video posted on her social media accounts, Kiray recalled the emotional moment that took place during their out of town vacation at a beach resort in Misibis Bay.

“Sabi ko sa sarili ko, kapag niyaya ako magpakasal hindi ako iiyak eh. Para maganda ako sa video! Pero wala! MAS MALALA papala! HAHAHAHAHA!” Kiray wrote.

The Goin’ Bulilit alum shared that the proposal became even more special when she saw her parents and sister, who were secretly invited to witness the moment.

“At mas lalo akong naging emotional nung sinurprise nila ako na andun MAMA, PAPA at SISTER ko. Hagulgol! Gusto kong magpasalamat kay LORD kasi binigay niya ako sa TAMANG tao,” she said.

She also expressed gratitude to everyone who made the moment unforgettable, saying, “Sa family namin. At sa Kryzl group of companies na family namin na laging andyan para sa smin. At sa team HOTBABE, HELLO BLOOM and DAY-LI ko.. salamat kasi lahat ng mahahalaga at mahal ko, nagsama sama sa pinaka masayang ARAW ng buhay ko. Maraming salamat po sa inyong lahat! 🥹.”

In the video, Kiray and Stephan, along with their close friends, were at the beach. As the couple stood together in front, Stephan began his proposal with a heartfelt message.

“To my loving partner, best friend, soon to be wife, sa 5 years nating pagsasama, ang dami na nating napagdaanan, kulitan, tawanan,” Stephan said.

He continued, his voice trembling with emotion, “Narealize ko na hindi ko kaya na mabuhay nang wala ka. Hanggang sa magka-anak tayo, hanggang sa tumanda tayo, hinding hindi magbabago ang ang pagmamahal ko sayo, Mommy. Thank you. Mahal na mahal kita.”

Then, getting down on one knee, Stephan finally asked, “Mommy, Johanna Ismael Celis, will you marry me?”

Tears welled up in Kiray’s eyes as she looked around and saw her family. She joyfully responded: “Of course, Dy.”

In another clip, Kiray said she always knew she would spend the rest of her life with Stephan. She thanked her parents and family for their love and support, saying, “Salamat sa pagmamahal sa amin. Thank you thank you so much. Thank you so much sa family.”

Looking at Stephan, she added, “Dad, it’s a yes forever.”

Kiray’s sister, Jhopay Celis, also shared her excitement for her two best friends' special moment.

“Bilang kapatid tapos nalaman ko na may mangyayari na proposal, sobrang happy, sobrang proud ako kasi siyempre si Stephan best friend ko tapos kapatid ko na best friend ko rin, magkakatuluyan,” she said. “Very proud na finally mangyayari na and I think ito ang tamang panahon.”

She went on, “Ngayong may bagong journey ka sa buhay mo, mahal na mahl kita, susuportahan kita. Kung anuman desisyon mo habang buhay, susuportahan kita.”

Kiray’s mom, Meriam, couldn’t help but get emotional as her is now taking on a new journey in life with Stephan.

Earlier this week, Kiray officially announced the engagement on her social media by posting photos from the romantic beachside proposal.

Stephan also posted a sweet photo with a simple caption: “She Said YES! 💍❤️.”

In a previous interview with PUSH Bets, Kiray shared that she and Stephan had already been discussing their future plans and settling down.
