Ashley Ortega is still coming to terms with her recent eviction from the Pinoy Big Brother house after a memorable three-week stay.

The actress admitted she was initially saddened by her exit but remains grateful for the experience and the bonds she formed during her time inside the house.

"Ngayon hindi pa nagsi-sink in lahat sa akin, pero siyempre nabigla ako, medyo na-sad ako pero siyempre at the end of the day parang kailangan kong tanggapin na this is a game. Pero whatever [happened] inside the house naman, I am going to cherish everything," she said in an interview with 24 Oras.

Ashley highlighted that PBB allowed her to show a side of herself that audiences rarely see. "Sa tagal ko sa industriya first time ko lang talaga na maging vulnerable ng ganun sa harapan ng maraming tao so medyo feel ko I'm a changed person," she remarked.

Describing her PBB stint as "life-changing," the actress admitted that the experience continues to resonate deeply with her.

"Sobrang life-changing niya to the point na hanggang ngayon medyo sabaw pa rin ako at medyo hindi pa rin nakaka-sink in lahat ng nangyayari. Natatakot din ako alamin kung ano ang nangyayari dito sa outside world. Pero siyempre I am grateful," she stated.

Ashley also expressed heartfelt appreciation to her fans and the show's loyal viewers.

"I appreciate each and everyone of you... Thank you and sana patuloy niyo pong suportahan 'yung PBB kasi 'yung mga housemates ko doon, lahat sila matatapang, lahat sila mababait. I realized that they're all different pero 'yung pagsasama namin doon was really strong."

Ashley and AC Bonifacio were evicted from the PBB house on March 29 after the duo received 17.25% of the public vote, which was the lowest among the nominees for that week.

The actress also shared a touching message for AC. "I’m so proud of you AC, my duo," she stated.
