Aga Muhlach took to social media to pen a heartfelt message for his son, Andres Muhlach, as the latter stars in his first romantic drama.

Andres is currently headlining the web series Ang Mutya ng Seksyon E on Viva One.

"Happiest for you son. Keep doing the good work as God leads the way. All in God's perfect time," Aga posted.

He also extended his congratulatory message to the team behind the series. "Congratulations to the whole team of AMNSE!" he wrote.

Ang Mutya ng Seksyon E follows the story of "a notorious all-male section [that] is shaken up by the arrival of a female transfer student, causing chaos as the grumpy president tries to drive her away," as per its IMDb. The series is directed by Theodore Boborol.

Andres stars as Mark Keifer Watson. He headlines the series alongside Ashtine Olviga and Rabin Angeles.

In an interview with the TFC show BRGY in December, Aga shared the advice that he gave his son Andres and his daughter Atasha, as they navigate the entertainment industry.

"Ang [advice] ko sa kanila is trabaho 'yan ha. Kung ano 'yung nakikita niyo sa akin na ngayon ito 'yung end result of hard work, so you have to go through that hard work," he relayed.

The actor went on: "When you see all of these parang glamorized life, the good life, lahat 'yan that's all because of hard work, tears, lahat 'yan, so dadaanan niyo 'yan."

Aga also shared that he reminded his kids to be kind. "Just always be the kindest person you can be, 'yun lang ang [reminder] ko sa kanila. [Sabi ko] huwag kayong mayabang, maging totoong tao kayo, maging tapat kayo at magtrabaho kayo, hanapbuhay 'yan eh," he said.

The actor also highlighted that he instilled the value of humility in his children.

"They grew up that way.... Growing up ganyan na 'yung paghuhulma ko sa kanila na wala kayong karapatan na maging mayabang sa mundong ito, kailangan maging maayos kayo sa tao, maging mabait kayo parati. Ganun lang, so hanggang sa pag-aartista nila, naiintindihan na nila 'yun," he stated.
