<p>Kapamilya actress Lovi Poe gives her fans an update on the ongoing wildfire in Los Angeles, California. This caused hundreds of thousands of people to leave their homes. Many homes and establishments have also burned down.</p><div><a href="https://www.abs-cbn.com/2023/10/28/lovi-poe-on-having-kids-we-just-want-to-focus-sa-work-and-us-1342"><strong>READ: Lovi Poe on having kids: ‘We just want to focus sa work and us’<br/></strong></a></div><p>A report by the Associated Press shared that the Palisades Fire is more destructive than the Sayre Fire back in 2008. Firefighters are currently trying to end the fire as of writing.</p><p>Lovi shared how tough it was seeing what was happening in real time. In her post, she showed several helicopters flying the Los Angeles sky.</p><p>“The fires have hit LA hard, and it’s tough seeing so much loss. I’ve been watching the sky and hearing helicopters flying back and forth… In times of devastation, like the one we’re witnessing, it’s hard to find the right words,” she wrote.</p><p>Though her home has been unaffected, she is empathetic to everyone who have been having a hard time during these times. In her Instagram Stories, she uploaded a different view of the wildfires seen from miles away.</p><div><a href="https://www.abs-cbn.com/2023/10/28/lovi-poe-on-having-kids-we-just-want-to-focus-sa-work-and-us-1342"><strong>READ: Lovi Poe shares Hollywood experience: ‘I’m still on a high’</strong></a></div><p>The Kapamilya star believes that despite the hardship that residents of Los Angeles are facing right now, the community they had built throughout the years is much stronger than the fires.</p><p>“Though the road ahead is tough, the community is coming together—helping, supporting, and showing up for one another. It’s a reminder that even in the hardest times, we’re never alone,” she said.</p><p>“Even in the darkest times, the city will rebuild and shine again, stronger than before,” she added.</p><p>Friends and fans of Lovi expressed their relief in the comment section after finding out that she’s okay. Other netizens assured the actress that they will continue praying for all of those affected by the calamity. </p>
