MANILA — Filipina drag queen Eva Le Queen is happy to finally close her "RuPaul’s Drag Race: Global All Stars” journey filled with love during her viewing party in Quezon City held Friday.

Along with “Drag Race Philippines” queens Marina Summers, Precious Paula Nicole, Matilduh, M1ss Jade So, Myx Chanel, Khianna, Angel, Your Tita Baby, and Versex, Eva witnessed her exit on the show for the first time.

After the episode, Eva admitted that she was being hard on herself given the outcome of her run on the competition.

“I’ve been keeping this to myself for almost a year now and God, I have been hard on myself for the past year and seeing myself like that, it wasn’t that bad,” she said.

For her, the viewing party felt like breaking up with a partner and giving a relationship its closure.

“I want this to mark my time to close that chapter … today feeling ko para akong nakipag-break sa boyfriend kasi when you hold on to a dream since you start doing drag and that finally hit that, that dream was never your, then, you should be okay with it,” she said.

Eva stressed how she refused to be boxed by her run on the show.

"Right now, ang pinanghahawakan ko, I refused to be reduced by ‘Global All Stars’ even that title that huge, that big, I will not be reduced by that. Have fun, do drag for yourself first and people will share the happiness with you," she said.

As she ends her "Global All Stars journey," Eva is happy to start pursuing her new dreams in life.

“Naiiyak ako, hindi ako malungkot, I feel so relieved 'cause finally, I can move on to the next dream. This is the closure that I needed and it’s not such a bad thing. Twelve queens, will break our hearts one way or another but you know, si Lord kasi, si Universe parang ‘si Eva hindi niya bibitawan ‘tong pangarap na kung hindi ko ibibigay sa ‘yo eh, sige i-experience mo na,’ hindi, diba?” the drag queen said.

“Then, maybe it’s time for you to embrace the fact that there’s a better dream for you and it goes with grace, with flying colors and thank you all so much for sharing this moment with me,” she added.

If given the chance to represent the Philippines for the show, Eva advised queens to not lose themselves in the process.

“Don’t lose yourself in the process. Always find the joy in doing drag … don’t be boxed with branding … I lost myself along the process, everything was a blur,” she said.

Filled with love, Eva is happy to move on and go to her next adventure in life.

“I am in a room that I know that I’m filled with so much love … finally, on to the next big dream, on to the next big adventure for Eva.”
