Thai actors Mew Suppasit and Tul Pakorn have admitted that they are in a relationship.

In a vlog by Thai artists Goy Arachaporn, Natty Nantanat, and Dream Apichaya, Mew and Tul shared the details about how they first met, the development of their relationship, and the challenges of being a couple.

Mew and Tul are known for their Thai series but from different love teams. Mew is known for the series "TharnType" with Gulf Kanawut, while Tul is known for the series "Together With Me" along with Max Nattapol.

Recalling how they first met, Tul said everybody was serious in the modelling event that they went to 10 years ago.

"I went to be a model for my friend from the Faculty of Fine and Applied Arts. Chula. Mew was also there for his senior friend. Behind the stage, it's like when we are on the runway. Everybody was very serious. Nobody talked," Tul said. 

"I arrived first. There were lots of chairs. I was sitting there alone because I was waiting for my friend. He arrived and came sitting next to me but there were lots of seats available," Mew said. 

Mew and Tul recalled how they became comfortable with each other and stayed together throughout the event.

"I wanted to talk to someone. I couldn't find my spot. So, I'm gonna sit here," Tul said. "But we were there together all day," Mew added.

Mew said they became closer when Tul flew to the United State for his master's degree.

"I sent him off at the airport. When he was in the States, I flew there to see him three times," Mew said.

Mew then revealed how he looked forward to his first birthday present from Tul, being in a relationship.

"My first birthday present. I was very excited. Being in a relationship, what would be the first gift? Looking forward to it," Mew said.

"Hair dryer, but he uses it himself," he added in jest.

With their revelation, Tul said he wanted to be able to express himself regardless of other people's opinions.

"We reflected on a lot of things. From my side, I don't think revealing my relationship is necessary. Public opinions are various. Well, we are this old. I don't think I have to prove myself for anyone. If not now, then when?" Tul said.

"The real world is harsher than I expected. They don't know me but they want me to die. I think it's time to get through this suffering about how others would judge me," he added.

"I want you all to be able to express yourself. For those who are still narrow-minded, don't judge other people from your expectations. Diversity is beautiful."

Mew thanked the people who are supporting them noting how glad he is to see his "perfect match."

"We have to admit that society has changed a lot in a good way though. Thank you everyone. Thank you society. Thank you everyone who is ready to make our society a better place in every aspect," he said.

"I'm at a point where I can overcome how I have to reveal myself or anything I got over it already. Everyone deserves to be loved in his or her own way. It's such a good moment. I'm glad to see my perfect match."

Tul also has this advise to queer lovers: "There are still many people who are suffering from their family's expectations but I believe it will be better in the long run."
