On its X (formerly Twitter) page, SEVENTEEN announced late Sunday that the two would drop the album called "This Man" on June 17.

The announcement came with teaser clips, including one which shows a busy cityscape that abruptly shifts into a dark, dystopian scene.

Pre-orders for the album began on Monday, May 20, label Pledis Entertainment said on fan community app WeVerse.

Last month, SEVENTEEN made a comeback with a compilation album titled "17 Is Right Here," which brings together the 13-member team's previous singles and offers four new tracks.

The group is in the process of releasing music videos for the four new tracks from the album, with the video for the last song, the vocal unit's "Cheers to Youth," set to premiere on May 24.

Since their debut in 2015, SEVENTEEN has risen to become one of K-pop's most commercially successful acts. Their extended play "FML" was the top-selling album worldwide in 2023, selling over 6 million units, as reported by the International Federation of the Phonographic Industry.
