MANILA — Bea Alonzo has met with the family of her late former boyfriend Miko Palanca, a week after the actor’s passing, as seen in a photo posted on Wednesday.

Shared by Monch Novales of Star Magic on Instagram, the photo shows Alonzo with Palanca’s mother Pita, and his siblings Lisa and Erika.

Novales, Alonzo’s Star Magic handler as well as Palanca’s when he was still active in showbiz, is also part of the group photo which she captioned, “Love you guys.”

It was not immediately clear when the photo was taken.

Alonzo, 32, and Palanca, who died aged 41, were co-stars in the 2002 series “K2BU,” and later the primetime series “It Might Be You,” which aired the following year.

Palanca courted Alonzo for four years before they became a couple, according to the actress in a 2013 interview. They ended their relationship in 2008.
