MANILA -- Actor Neil Coleta is grateful and honored to be part of “Rewind,” Star Cinema’s entry to the Metro Manila Film Festival (MMFF), because he got to experience working with stars Marian Rivera and Dingdong Dantes.

“Sobrang thankful ako sa Star Cinema. Pa-comedy lang ‘yung role ko. Driver ako ni Dingdong. Ang bait nina Kuya Dingdong at Marian. First time ko silang naka-work. Sobrang happy,” he said in an interview.

Adding that he’s proud of every MMFF movie he’s made, he teased that “Rewind” will make everyone cry.

“Maganda ang film. Napapanahon ‘yung story. Ang ganda ng kuwento. At nakakaiyak. Kaya dapat gawin mo na ‘yung magpapasaya sa pamilya mo,” he said.

Coleta also revealed that he is part of an upcoming movie with Kapamilya young stars Seth Fedelin and Francine Diaz.

“Mayroon ding movie with Seth and Francine. Hindi pa nag-start mag-shoot,” he said during the opening of Dahlia Flores’ Sakura Lounge PH in Quezon City.

She’s very hardworking at napaka-humble. Magkaka-partner kami sa coffee mobile bar,” he said.

About the lessons he’s learned from running his own businesses, the actor said: “Marami akong natutunan sa negosyo, lalo na last year sa liquor shop. Nalugi ako ilang milyon ‘yun. Nalungkot ako nun. Back to zero ako. Sa negosyo, sugal talaga. Pero kung anong sinimulan, dapat ipagpatuloy. At dapat mahaba ang pisi mo.”

The 32-year old celebrity dad also shared his experience as a father to two girls.

“Ibang happiness. Kapag gising mo, makikita mo ‘yung mga anak mo. Iba ‘yung bonding,” said the actor.

Coleta thanked his wife, while recalling his “romantic” proposal in Japan.

“Engaged na. Sa Japan ako nag-propose. Surprise talaga. Wala siyang idea. Sinakto ko talaga kasi buntis siya that time sa pangalawa naming anak tapos kasama namin baby namin. Sa Mt. Fuji ako nag-propose. Sobrang romantic nga kasi hindi nagpapakita ‘yung Mt. Fuji. Fuji, As in nakita sa video. Mayroong dahilan ‘yun.

He ended: “Mag-iipon muna bago magpakasal.
