A day after the 15th death anniversary of matinee idol Rico Yan, Claudine Barretto decided to share photos on Instagram of a few stuff she had of her former boyfriend.

Feeling a tad sentimental, she posted Yan's necklace and a cute character blanket they used in one of their movies. She said she found these while cleaning the family house before they move soon.

It wasn't the first time Barretto remembered her ex on social media, despite admitting that Yan's death anniversary was her "yearly nightmare." Last year, she posted a photo of a letter from Yan telling her how much he loved her.

Yan and Barretto starred in the hit series "Mula Sa Puso" and "Saan Ka Man Naroroon" and top-billed movies like “Dahil Mahal Na Mahal Kita” and “Got 2 Believe.”

Yan died in his sleep due to acute hemorrhagic pancreatitis on March 29, 2002.
