MANILA -- "Don't be afraid to love." Ito ang aral na natutunan ni Teresa Loyzaga tungkol sa pag-ibig.

Sa "Magandang Buhay" nitong Martes, isang araw bago ang Valentine's Day, ibinahagi ni Teresa ang ganda ng pag-ibig sa kabila ng sakit na dati niyang naranasan.

"Love is beautiful. Don't be afraid to love. At least at the end of the day you will be able to tell yourself, you had experienced it, you know what it is to love, hindi ba?," ani Teresa.

"Don't be afraid, go ka langl. At the end of the day you will be thankful. You will be a better person knowing what it is and the meaning of love," dagdag ni Teresa, ina ni Diego Loyzaga sa aktor na si Cesar Montano.

Maliban kay Diego, may anak rin si Teresa sa dating asawa nito.

Ibinahagi rin ni Teresa ang dahilan kung bakit natapos ang pagsasama nila ng dating asawa.

"I think it was after having our son. When I realized na parang
'yung love hindi naintindihan. Iba 'yung love for child, iba 'yung love for your husband. I think we were both immature. I'm spending too much time with my son, maybe not spending enough time with my husband, then my husband was feeling parang teka muna hindi mo na ako pinapansin. So nagkaroon kami ng distance. Hindi namin naayos, hindi namin alam kung paano ayusin because we're both immature," pagbabalik-tanaw ni Teresa.

"Yung marriage namin nauwi sa annulment and with the blessing of the Vatican as well, so he was able to re-marry and he's got beautiful family now. Ganoon siya kaganda na sometimes I even go out with the wife and we go to Divisoria together. So that's how beautiful it's turned out to be," dagdag ng aktres na ngayon ay masaya kasama ang kanyang dalawang anak.
