MANILA - The Social Security System (SSS) said Thursday pensioners will receive an additional P1,000 pension on Friday.

The March 3 payout represents the adjustment that should have been given last January. The P1,000 increase in monthly pension was formalized only last week.

The February differential will be given on March 10 while the March adjustment will be credited on March 17, the SSS said in a statement.
