If you’ve been an avid follower of Ivana Alawi’s fun and inspiring family, you’d know she has a tight relationship with her siblings Amira, Hash, and Mona. In her recent vlog, we got to take a glimpse into their bro-sis dynamic as they answer random questions while enjoying a boodle fight.

And while they may be one of the most famous sibling teams on social media, the Alawis are very much real and relatable.

They fought a lot as kids. Sometimes the ‘bardagulan’ gets physical. There was an instance when Amira slammed Ivana’s head on the door after accidentally dousing her with warm water. Ivana will never forget that fight because of the scar from the stitches on her eyebrow. She says her older siblings had ganged up on her. She just found her ‘kakampi’ when Mona grew up. Mona and Hash would then become mortal enemies. They love picking on each other and, at some point, they even stopped talking for one month. But they all eventually got super close.

They got each other’s back. As soon as Amira confirmed her pregnancy, she knew Ivana was the right person to call. Admittedly, she wasn't ready to become a mom at the time but her family helped her survive the early stages of motherhood.

They have this strong instinct to protect one another and they can sense what the other sibling feels. So, hurt one of them and you get all four Alawis unfriending you in real life.

They lean on each other in times of heartbreak, such as when they lost their father. The family went through that devastating moment as a team. Same thing when Mona experienced a health scare related to diabetes.

They’re okay with their parents having favorites. Amira was their late father’s favorite because she’s smart. Then, Ivana replaced her. As for their mom, they think it’s Mona as she’s the only child to receive special birthday greetings on social media.

The Alawi sibs are so tight they can be completely honest and know that nothing will change. When asked about the characteristics they dislike about each other, they all agree that Amira is quite shy and a loner. They wish she could be more expressive so they also know how to react to her feelings.

On Mona, they don’t like her low self-esteem, although Ivana understands that teenagers normally go through that. Reminded of her glow-up, the A Family Affair actress maintains that she didn’t go under the knife.

On Ivana, they say she’s quite a perfectionist, which nevertheless can be advantageous for a businesswoman like her. They just wish she also learns to prioritize herself before other people. Mona asks her to stop giving too much in a relationship because they don’t want her getting hurt again.

As of the moment, Ivana enjoys being single but she’s voted as most likely the first to get married since Hash is still preparing for his future while Amira is focused on her child. Asked about her crush, Ivana says she remains a loyal admirer of Mars Ravelo’s Darna actor Joshua Garcia.
