Tallulah Willis shared an update about her father, Hollywood actor Bruce Willis, who has been diagnosed with frontotemporal dementia.

In an interview with PEOPLE, Tallulah relayed the her dad has been "doing the same in terms of the last we kind of updated, which I'm told is good."

"But whatever kind of day it is, my family and I meet him where he's at," she highlighted.

The entrepreneur said that she has been visiting her dad as often as possible. "I'll go visit my dad and spend some time with him," she said.

Whenever she does so, Tallulah makes sure that she "go into it open to what the visit is, and knowing that before I go in, I'm solid. I'm okay."

"I've done what I need to do to make sure that I can just be present," she added.

In May this year, Bruce's other daughter Rumer Willis relayed that her dad was "doing really good." She shared: "I got to go over there with [daughter] Louetta today."

In an interview in The Drew Barrymore Show back in November 2023, Tallulah shared why their family decided to be open about the condition of Bruce.

"Well, I think it’s twofold. On one hand, it’s who we are as a family, but also, it’s really important for us to spread awareness," she remarked.

She highlighted: "If we can take something that we’re struggling with as a family to help other people, to turn it around to make something beautiful about it, that’s really special for us."

"And part of what’s been a really beautiful way for me to heal through this is becoming like an archeologist to my dad’s world, to his little trinkets and doo-dads."

It was in February 2023 when Bruce's family revealed that the latter has been diagnosed with dementia.

"Since we announced Bruce’s diagnosis of aphasia in spring 2022, Bruce’s condition has progressed and we now have a more specific diagnosis: frontotemporal dementia (known as FTD). Unfortunately, challenges with communication are just one symptom of the disease Bruce faces. While this is painful, it is a relief to finally have a clear diagnosis," his family said in a press statement.

The family remarked that they decided to be open about it to bring attention to the condition.

"Bruce always believed in using his voice in the world to help others, and to raise awareness about important issues both publicly and privately," they said.

The family continued: "We know in our hearts that—if he could today—he would want to respond by bringing global attention and a connectedness with those who are also dealing with this debilitating disease and how it impacts so many individuals and their families."
