The happy father also posted a selfie photo of him and their son on his Instagram page.

“Finally, here’s our son! 🌞 Already I am so so proud of you! #JioManzanero,” he wrote.

Celebrity friends such as Angelu De Leon, Jackie Lou Blanco, Ryza Cenon, Shaira Diaz, comedian Kitkat, Sophie Albert, and Dianne Medina were among those who were quick to react to the happy news of the now family of four.

“Congratulations Mommy Sheens and Jeron!!! ❤️,” noontime show host and actress Maine Mendoza greeted her close friend.

Seasoned actress Coney Reyes also had only the best of wishes for the family: “Congratulations! I rejoice with your family! God bless Baby Jio! ❤️❤️❤️🙏🙏🙏.”

Former actress Charee Pineda remarked, “Congratulations Mommy, Daddy & Martina 🩵🫶🏻.”

In March this year, Sheena announced her pregnancy as she flaunted her baby bump in a photo. It had been four years since they welcomed their first child, Martina.

“My body, a miraculous vessel of life, blooms again,” she shared, greeting the newest addition to their family. “Hello, baby number two! 💐.”

They also held a Care Bears-themed gender reveal party last April. They shared it via Sheena's YouTube channel, and it was where the couple announced that they were expecting their first boy.

Last July 19, Sheena had a memorable first baby shower organized for her by her good friend and fellow Starstruck alumni, actress Jennylyn Mercado.

In her Instagram post, she shared photos of the baby shower. In the said post, she recalled how Jennylyn made sure it was an unforgettable event.

“Kaibigan, sila yung mas excited pa sayo pag may bagong blessing ka! 💞🤰Baby Shower by my Mareng Jen,” said Sheena, dedicating her post to express her gratitude to her ‘kumare’.

Sheena shared that Jennylyn knew her struggles especially her antenatal anxiety, which prompted her to organize the baby shower.

“Kwento: Dahil papalapit na ang due date ko at nagkaroon po ako ng antenatal anxiety at updated naman itong kumare ko sa mga nangyayari sa life ng Manzanero Family, nagdesisyon po siya na bigyan ako ng baby shower,” she shared. “Tumawag sakin at sinabihan ako na ‘Wag mo na isipin baby shower mo! Ako na bahala!’ Katangi-tangi po na assignment ko ay mag imbita, pumili ng gifts at pumunta ng maganda! Salamat mare! 😘“

Although it was already Sheena’s second baby, it was actually the first time that she was able to experience having a baby shower thrown for her, making it an extra special moment.

“Sa hindi po nakakaalam ngayon lang ako nagka ‘baby shower’ na may bisita at handa! Last time po kasi ay pandemic. May chance na ito narin ang last,” she added.

Sheena also wrote a short but sweet message for her daughter ahead of welcoming their additional bundle of joy.

“My first born! Love you, Ate Martina! Mamimiss ko na tayong dalawa lang pero promise mas masaya na dalawa na kayo soon! 🩷🩵,” she said.
