Actor-director Eric Quizon recently revealed just how close he was with Kris Aquino back in the day. Eric, who is the 10th son of the late comedian Dolphy, got candid about his previous relationships in an interview with veteran entertainment journalist Aster Amoyo on her YouTube channel “TicTalk with Aster Amoyo.”
The 57-year-old actor also admitted to being in a relationship with veteran actress Dina Bonnevie whom he described as: “Ang sarap kausap. Sobrang sarap kausap. Never a dull moment. A very nice person.”
When asked about how he ended up dating the Queen of All Media when they were younger, Eric shared, “We were very young then. She was 16. I was 20. Kris, get well soon.”

“Mahilig siyang sumulat ng mga little notes. I love you, I miss you. Mga ganun. Palaging merong mga little notes sa amin. Noong mga '90s wala pa namang mga cellphone. So mahahanap ka niya. Gagawa talaga siya ng paraan para mahanap ka niya to greet you. Meron siyang ganun. Always present siya sa mga ganun (occasion). Wherever you are, he will find a way to greet you,” he shared.

“May mga bagay na gusto ko pa ring mangyari. That’s why I’m not stopping up to now. Marami na akong na-achieve pero marami pa rin akong gustong gawin. Gusto ko pa ring ma-achieve yung I don’t have to worry about food on the table. Lagi kong sinasabi sa sarili ko na anything is achievable. Lahat pwedeng makuha kung magpu-pursige ka. Ayoko naman na yung family ko na umaasa lang sa mana. Ayoko ng ganun. Gusto kong magtrabaho rin sila. Yun lagi ang sinasabi ko sa mga pamangkin ko na you have to work and study. Ini-impart ko pa rin yun sa lahat ng pamangkin ko,” he explained.

“Ang love life pag meron, mereon. Pag wala, wala. Sometimes meron, sometimes wala. The reason why I came back dto sa Pilipinas is yung daddy ko pinabalik ako. Pinagdirek niya ako ng show. Sa ngayon dito na ako based. I want to have kids. Alam mo parang nasa pamilya namin yun, na… Kasi walang nagpakasal sa mga kapatid ko. Si Vandolph lang. I guess we grow up na ganun ang sitwasyon namin. So, parang siguro parang ganun din kami. Kasi ang isang relatioinshiop nag-uumpisa naman 'yan kapag nagsasama kayo, may respeto, so parang nakakalimutan na 'yung sakramento ng kasal. And sometimes, bago dumating sa punto na gusto ng magpakasal we fall out of love, maraming ganung kaso, eh,” he added.
