Filipino Drag Queen Marina Summers proudly waved the Philippine flag as she earned her second win in the latest episode of RuPaul’s Drag Race: UK vs the World. The Drag Race Philippines alum is the only contestant in the competition who has won twice during the season.

Marina is seen by many to win the highly coveted crown.

During the fifth episode of the show which aired in the wee hours of Saturday, Philippine time, the remaining contestants of the UK franchise were tasked to craft their own verses and choreography for the most challenging Rusical yet, Seven! Confessions of a Drag Queen.

The Filipina Drag Queen was confident with her songwriting skills and dance prowess but admitted that doing it live is a little bit difficult for her.

Despite this, Marina impressed the judges with her powerful verse that’s deeply rooted in her nationality as a Filipino.

“I'm a Filipina diva with a confession. I'm a little Asian from a faraway nation. Never heard about it now Marina 'bout to make it right like it's summertime. I can be a lot of danger pull up an invasion. Ready to take over, Filipina domination,” she sang.

“Manila to the world, drop it hot like it's made of ice, like a sticky rice,” her verse ended.

RuPaul was charmed with Marina’s verse and complimented her which surprised the Filipina drag queen.

“Marina Summers, you were born to be on stage. You were born to do drag,”  RuPaul said. “You have represented not only the Philippines, but drag in such a way that it makes us all proud for you.”

Meanwhile, the young and talented drag queen took to her X (formerly Twitter) account to express her emotions after the fifth episode.

“WORLD! We got the stamp of approval from mother RuPaul herself! 👏🏽😭 Im crying at 6am in the morning! This was such a meaningful moment for this little diva. Manila to The WORLD! Here we farkinggg go,” she said.

The sixth and final episode of the show is set to air on March 16 (Manila time).
