Catriona Gray denied rumors that she is already married to Sam Milby.

In an interview with TV Patrol, the former Miss Universe clarified that the rumors are not true.

"Medyo nagulat ako kasi nakita ko 'yung articles na married na ako daw. But I guess there are always going to be rumors naman," she said.

When asked if both of them have been talking about marriage, she replied, "I think we have been together for long enough. We definitely talk about it so let's see."

Catriona stressed that for now she is focused on her career.

Sam and Catriona went public about their relationship in May 2020.

"Worth every second of the wait. Most special birthday yet," Sam wrote on his Instagram page upon the reveal of their relationship back in 2020.

In an interview with the media late last year, Sam remarked that he believes he has found the right one with Catriona.

"I say I believe so because I wouldn’t be in this relationship if she’s not the one. I really do," he stated as reported by Manila Bulletin. 

When asked if he is already ready to propose to his girlfriend, he responded, "Hintay lang kayo and you will be surprised. Basta abangan n’yo po. I’m not getting any younger either. I’m turning 39 next year."

Sam continued: "Noon may nagtatanong sa akin ano na ba ang ideal age mo para magpakasal. I would always say 35. I’m 38 now. When it comes to marriage and taking the next step, I feel that some people are pressured sa edad.

"And I think you shouldn’t be. I know it’s kind of rough for me to say that as a guy but I think if you think it’s not the right time, don’t push it. Cat and I are happy and abangan n’yo po. Yun lang."

The couple recently traveled to Western Australia, the hometown of Catriona, to welcome the new year.
