Kadenang Ginto actress Bea Borres broke her silence after recently trending on social media for her comments which seemed to be about the breakup of Kapamilya stars Kathryn Bernardo and Daniel Padilla.

Bea presented herself as the “real reason” in the video uploaded by Boss Toyo. The video has since then spread on various social media platforms with netizens and Kathniel fans adding their comments about Bea.

“Ako talaga. Ako talaga ‘yun. Sige na. Aamin ko na, ako talaga ‘yun! Anong gagawin ko? Ang ganda ko eh,” Bea said in the video.

The 20-year-old vlogger acknowledged her shortcoming and apologized on her Facebook account to everyone who was affected by her comment. She added that she shouldn’t be judged based on the short clip that’s been circulating on social media.

“I am sorry for any offense I may have caused [by] appearing in a video on Boss Toyo's page. I acknowledge that it was very insensitive of me,” she said.

“I do ask for people to remember not to judge me and my whole being based on that short video,” she continued.

Bea shared in her post that her late father was disrespected during his death anniversary last November 30 wherein various netizens mocked her post. She expressed that she isn’t using it as an excuse but hoped that everyone could become “better people” after this.

“When I shared my sorrow about my father's death anniversary on November 30, he faced a level of disrespect more than I could ever have imagined. Nonetheless, I apologize for my behavior and strive to do better for all those who are with me in this journey,” she said.

“I would also like to thank all those who continue to support me despite my own mistakes, and hope that we can be better people together,” she ended.

Bea’s fans have shown their support in the comment section and even apologized on behalf of the other netizens who shamed and disrespected her.
