Sunshine Cruz and Cesar Montano have flown to Bali, Indonesia to celebrate the birthday of their youngest daughter, Chesca.

The 46-year-old actress shared a series of photos on Instagram with Cesar and their three daughters having fun in the sun during their vacation abroad.

Joining them on the trip were Cesar’s current partner, Socorro “Kath” Angeles, and his son, Diego Loyzaga. Others were friends of Chesca, including Kyle Echarri, Leon Barretto, and Venice Gutierrez.

Chesca turned 18 last Friday, December 1.

“Officially 18. We love you!” Sunshine wrote in one of her posts.

Last August, Sunshine and Cesar were also seen together during the birthday celebration of their daughter Sam, who turned 19.

The two reunited at Sam’s debut party last year after being estranged for nearly a decade.

They got married in September 2000 and had three daughters together before separating in 2013.

Sunshine filed for annulment in May 2014, a year after separating from the actor due to allegations of infidelity. Their marriage was eventually annulled in April 2019.

Previously, Sunshine expressed her gratitude for her restored relationship with Cesar in an interview with PUSH.

“Everything is okay na. Maayos na lahat. Nagkakasundo. Sino ba naman ang may ayaw na hindi magkasundo sundo? So okay naman,” she said at the time.

Sunshine also explained her decision to finally patch things up and co-parent with Cesar.

“Our family chose forgiveness and we are finally co-parenting. … This is our family and whatever works and makes the children happy, dun kami,” she said, adding: “Para sa mga anak.”

“Focus tayo sa positivity. Masarap mabuhay nang may pagpapatawad at pagmamahal sa puso,” she stated.
