In a recent social media post, the 26-year-old artist revealed what has helped keep her mentally healthy these past few months during the pandemic.
She wrote, “This season, I started learning how to balance helping others and taking care of my mental health. My cousin @jbear.a taught me a new craft over the summer: watercolor painting-- a craft I had been meaning to learn but never had the time for and it has been so therapeutic for me. Another therapy, as always, is learning an instrument and this time, Jason taught me to write with an electric guitar. ️ What used to give them joy, they graciously shared with me and it helped hone my creativity and helped calm my anxieties.”
