Then still grieving the death of his late wife who passed away due to ovarian cancer, the 38-year-old actor was a cast in the Primetime series FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano as the gay makeup artist to have transformed the titular character Cardo Dalisay (played by Coco Martin) into the sexy undercover Paloma. At the time, Dawn was part of the show as well, herself having taken on the role of Elaine, one of the girls who fell victim to a syndicate operating as human traffickers.
