Year in, year out, people often promise themselves resolutions, trying to become a better version of themselves in various aspects. Apart from replacing habits and routines that did not do them any good in the past, they aspire to get proper treatment not only from the new age that is about to unfold but ultimately, from themselves, too.

What a way to start the year with some mind and body mantras, taking into account the importance of time, health, and happiness. From focusing on oneself and family to honing shelved hobbies and starting afresh with new activities, there is a truckload of intentional and mindful improvements that we can take on to bolster our well-being as we go along and greet 2024.

Catriona Gray - “I want to prioritize my health from a holistic point of view. I just find that I always prioritize work or I prioritize time with loved ones but I seldom prioritize time for myself—like I will not schedule it. I’ll think of it as an afterthought na parang ‘uy, kung may time ako—free time—edi I’ll just do something for myself like book myself into the chiropractor, or get a massage, or you know, go for a workout. But I don’t want to do that anymore next year. I really want to prioritize and schedule time for myself because I need to identify it as a priority and not an afterthought.”@pvfotographs via @catriona_gray
