If you’re stressed out and want to take a break from your usual night out, retail therapy, or even binge-watching your favorite show (no judgment here!) and want to try something more gentle for managing stress, yoga is where it’s at, my friend.
If you’re stressed out and want to take a break from your usual night out, retail therapy, or even binge-watching your favorite show (no judgment here!) and want to try something more gentle for managing stress, yoga is where it’s at, my friend.
For the longest time, I’ve heard of all the life-changing benefits of yoga. I’ve tried to follow some routines at home during the pandemic and have long since wanted to try it in an actual studio with an actual instructor teaching the moves and telling me if I’m doing the poses and breathing right. Now that I’ve been in a live class together with other people, I can definitely say that it’s a different experience. You feel refreshed and relaxed after, even if some parts of your joints hurt from the workout! It’s easy to see why people who really get into yoga not only practice it every day but have adapted it as a lifestyle as well. It’s a holistic experience that’s good for both the body and the mind.
