Raymund Romualdez serves both the legislativeand executive branches of government. He is the Chairman of Barangay 88, aTacloban City Council member, and the president of the Liga ng mga Barangay forTacloban and Region 8.</p><div><br/></div><p>Through his role as Liga President, he provides health services and aid to indigentfamilies in Tacloban City. He also conducts assemblies to promote regionalcollaboration among <em>barangay</em> leaders. As a councilor, he has passed resolutions toimprove infrastructure and local peace. As Barangay 88 Chairman, he has initiatedcommunity projects such as solar street lights, reforestation, and medical assistance.</p><div><br/></div><p>						Raymund also founded Hiraya Tacloban, a non-profit organization focusing on youtheducation, environmental preservation, and sports development. When she was getting ready for the wedding ceremony, she wore a strapless body-hugging dress by <strong>Isle</strong>. For the ceremony, her wedding gown was backless with a square neckline, accessorized simply by a statement necklace and a pair of stud earrings. For Raymund and Raissa&#x27;s wedding, the tablescape by event stylist Randy Lazaro featured clear glass vases with white flowers alongside small white pleated lamps and muted green accents.
