Promoting their musical series “Lyric and Beat” on Kapamilya Chat, Jeremy G and Sheena Belarmino brought in ‘barkada’ vibe as they play the “10x Challenge.”

In this game, the goal is to trick the player by asking them to repeatedly pronounce a word that could be confused with the correct answer in the follow-up question.

They had to repeat first the word “weather” ten times, then snap-respond to “Anong English ng pakpak?” Under pressure, one might probably think of “feather” which sounds like weather. But Sheena was able to think quickly and answered “wings.”

Because Jeremy failed in this round, he had to perform a song with a similar title. He came up with “On The Wings of Love.”

When you repeat the word “sweat” ten times and are asked the “kabaligtaran ng basa,” we bet you’d say wet. Sheena’s answer was “not wet” which can be considered but Jeremy got the exact term which is “dry.”

It got more tricky in the next rounds like when they were asked to give the English word for “baboy” after saying “pork” ten times and when they had to translate “eyes” to Filipino after repeating the word “rice” ten times.

The consequences faced by the losing player made it more fun. Check out the game in the video!
