Photo from Japan B.League.Ray Parks Jr. bounced back in Osaka Evessa’s latest win, while Roosevelt Adams outshined Geo Chiu in the Yamagata Wyverns’ victory over the Ehime Orange Vikings in the 2024-25 season of the Japan B.League.

Parks Jr. and company redeemed themselves from their loss on Saturday by defeating the Hiroshima Dragonflies, 90-76, at the Hiroshima Sun Plaza Hall.

The National University product put up 14 points, six rebounds, two assists, two blocks, and a steal, much better than his five markers, three boards, and three dimes the day prior.

This was Osaka’s 28th win in 55 games, and it remained at No.3 in the Western Division following this contest.

Adams, for his part, tallied an impressive 15-point, 11-rebound game on top of two steals in Yamagata’s 85-69 win vs. Ehime at the Ehime Prefecture Budokan, their second straight over the Orange Vikings in as many games in Division 2.

Due to this, Yamagata improved to 24-36, fifth in the Eastern Division.

On the other hand, the Ateneo de Manila University product finished with two points as Ehime fell to 5-55, seventh in the Western Division.

Meanwhile, Dwight Ramos, Matthew Wright, and AJ Edu were all on losing ends on Sunday.

Ramos and Hokkaido were 0-2 against the Chiba Jets after they absorbed their second straight set back, 108-81, at Hokkai Kita-yale.

The Gilas Pilipinas fan favorite posted two points and two rebounds in the loss that sent them to 19-36, fifth in the Western Division.

Wright and the Kawasaki Brave Thunders then split their weekend games vs. Sunrockers Shibuya after their slim 66-64 loss at the Aoyama Gakuin Memorial Hall.

He finished with three points, three rebounds, and an assist in their 38th loss in 55 outings. They remained in eighth place in the Central Division.

Lastly, Edu put up two markers, two boards, two dimes, and a block in Nagasaki Velca’s 87-66 loss to the Ryukyu Golden Kings at the Okinawa Suntory Arena.

This was their 31st loss in 55 games, and they remained No.6 in the Western Division.
