MANILA - Kairi "Kairi" Rayosdelsol and David Charles "FlapTzy" Canon were named inductees in the MPL Season 13 iteration of the Hall of Legends. 

FlapTzy is one of the country's two-time world champions, after inaugural inductees Angelo Kyle "Phewww" Arcangel and Karl "KarlTzy" Nepomuceno. 

"Unang-una gusto ko mag-thank you kay Lord kasi araw-araw niya ko binibigyan ng knowledge sa laro. Sa teammates [...] at sa coaches ko, kahit patanga-tanga ako sa scrims - Hindi kayo  nagsasawa na intindihin ako. Mas lalo kong gagalingan," FlapTzy said onstage.

Kairi is the first Filipino import in MLBB, having been part of Onic Indonesia since mid-2022, after a long stint in its Philippine team. Under Onic Esports, he won four MPL Indonesia championships, and has been hailed MVP and Finals MVP in his debut career in Indonesia. 

"Di ko maexpect na sasali ako dito. Sobrang thankful ako sa fans Lalo na sa MPL PH. Tapos sobrang looking forward ako kung palarin kaming pumasok sa MSC," Kairi, who attended the ceremonies remotely as he continues his training ahead of the MPL Indonesia playoffs, said. 

Meanwhile, Falcons AP Bren's Marco "Super Marco" Requitano led the awardees for the season's individual awards after being hailed the regular season MVP  for Season 13, averaging 3.25 kills, and 3.81 assists.

Breakout star Nomed of TNC Pro Team was hailed the rookie of the season.

Blacklist International's Kenneth "Yue" Tadeo also won the sportsmanship award, while Edward "Edward" Dapadap was hailed the Freshest Face of the Season.
